When you decide to start your Niche Marketing Blog you have to take a few things into account.
Mainly, what do you want your blog to accomplish?
What you ultimately choose to create will depend on:
How Professional. If you are looking for something to put your name on, you don’t want anything garish or childish. You want professional. Unless you’re blogging about candy for kids perhaps…
How Much Control. If you are blogging on someone else’s site, like WordPress.com, you must respect their rules. This will sometimes mean your blog will get deleted overnight because you blogged about something against their rules, like “making money” etc. Usually though, you should be fine.
But still… Don’t build your house on someone else’s land!
In my opinion, your best option is to run your own wordpress blog from your own web hosting. This gives you ultimate control, and can easily look very professional.
You can do this yourself, or hire someone to do it for you. Either way, I recommend this option as the way to go.
